About Susanne Marbach
Welcome! I am Susanne Marbach, born in 1971 and raised in Willisau (LU). Today I live with my family in Sins (AG), near Hünenberg and Zug, where I offer my yoga and healing work and run my practice for vitality, health and well-being.
My professional path & encounter with yoga
After completing my apprenticeship as a commercial clerk, I pursued further training in business administration and languages. Extended stays abroad and over ten years of experience in international corporations have shaped my career path.
In my mid-to-late thirties, I became a mother to my two children – a new and enriching phase of my life began. During this time, I discovered yoga. What initially promoted physical fitness and flexibility quickly developed into a path to inner peace, mindfulness, and balance.
My Yoga Journey – Strength, Mindfulness & Health
In 2014, I completed the 200-hour basic yoga teacher training during a four-week stay at an ashram. Since then, I have deepened my knowledge in:
Vinyasa Power Yoga
Yoga Nidra
Medical Foundations of Yoga
From 2017 until the end of 2024, I was a health insurance-approved yoga teacher. Even today, I continue my professional development to incorporate my knowledge into my yoga practice and individual sessions for health and well-being. I am a member of the Swiss Yoga Association.
ThetaHealing – Energy Work & Transformation
Since 2020, I have been working with ThetaHealing, a natural healing method that works with the energy of creation. ThetaHealing supports you in releasing negative beliefs, emotional blocks, and stress, and in promoting self-healing of body, mind, and soul.
In my healing sessions, I use intuition, clairvoyance, and energy work to guide you individually. Each session is tailored to your needs and goals, so that you can find physical, emotional, and mental balance.
My inspiration – nature, energy & joie de vivre
Nature gives me peace, grounding, and renewed energy. This connection flows directly into my yoga and healing sessions, allowing you to unfold in a harmonious, energetic environment.

What does yoga mean to me?
For me, yoga is connection, presence, and awareness. When I practice, I immerse myself completely in the moment, consciously feel my body, and find my inner strength. Yoga is like meditation in motion: breath and movement merge, thoughts drift away, and a lasting sense of calm spreads to all levels of my being.
I want to pass on this feeling of clarity, well-being and inner balance to other people – be it in private lessons, small group yoga or ThetaHealing sessions in Hünenberg / Zug.

My Yoga Private Lessons
I teach with a lot of dedication and joy and work energetically for your benefit during the lesson.
The exercises are flowing, dynamic (Vinyasa) mixed with static held positions (Hatha Yoga), it can be powerful but it is not required. According to your wishes and needs.
At the end, I will guide you through a deep relaxation and if you wish, I will send you healing energies.
After your lesson you will feel both mentally and physically relaxed and at the same time refreshed and full of energy.
What does yoga mean to me?
Presence - Bonding - Awareness
While practicing yoga, I fully "dive" into the present, the very moment, feeling my body more alive. Thus, I find the power within me.
Yoga is for me meditation in movements. Breath and movements are in flow, no thoughts, time stands still, I feel peace and serenity.
Yoga brings me back to myself, to my center, to my soul.
I would like to share this wonderful feeling and well-being with YOU.
